About the Role

Aditya Birla Capital is looking for dynamic and ambitious professionals to join our team as Manager Financial Services at our Kolkata (Park Street) branch.

In this leadership role, you will recruit, train, and mentor financial advisors, while guiding clients to make smart, secure, and profitable investment decisions across various financial products.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, develop, and manage a team of high-performing financial advisors.

Ensure all advisors obtain the required licenses and certifications.

Provide ongoing training, motivation, and performance support to help the team meet business goals.

Advise clients on financial products like insurance, mutual funds, SIPs, and other investment solutions.

Achieve individual and team sales targets as per the annual goal sheet.

Maintain high conversion and renewal rates with excellent client servicing.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Finance, Commerce, or Management preferred).

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Prior experience in financial services, BFSI, insurance, or sales will be an added advantage.

Goal-oriented, confident, and ready to take on leadership responsibilities.
