Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Development Manager based in Kalyan. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and onboarding potential agents, achieving sales targets, and fostering strong relationships with agency partners. Additionally, this role involves driving business growth through training, mentoring, and motivating agents, devising strategic sales plans to meet business objectives, and ensuring that customer needs and company goals are aligned.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and achieving sales targets
• Ability to recruit, train, and manage performance of agency partners
• Strong skills in Communication, Leadership, and Team Management
• Knowledge of Insurance Products, specifically health insurance and related categories
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in agency development, sales, or insurance distribution (preferred)
• Familiarity with market trends and customer insights for effective decision-making
