The Work
You are a leader who operates at the intersection of hands on engineering and strategic delivery. As a GCP Delivery Lead, you convert complex business requirements into scalable Google Cloud solutions while leading high performing global teams. You are equally comfortable building solutions yourself and guiding teams to successful outcomes, acting as a trusted advisor who bridges client vision and technical execution.
You provide delivery leadership across consulting and engineering engagements, designing, building, and integrating cloud native solutions on Google Cloud. You partner with global delivery teams, lead multiple concurrent projects, and ensure high quality outcomes through strong technical judgment, communication, and stakeholder management.
Lead and scale a Google Cloud engineering practice through workforce planning, best practices, and talent development.
Manage and mentor global onshore/offshore teams, partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor for sales and delivery, shaping assets, offerings, and continuous innovation.
Design, build, and deploy complex cloud‑native solutions on Google Cloud across the full delivery lifecycle.
Partner with clients to understand business goals, translate requirements into solutions, and resolve complex challenges.
Champion modern engineering and Agile practices to deliver high‑quality solutions at speed.
Own delivery of multiple concurrent engagements, managing global teams and senior stakeholders.
Provide delivery leadership across Google Cloud domains including:
- Data & AI (BigQuery, Dataflow, Looker)
- Generative & Agentic AI (Vertex AI, Gemini, RAG)
- Security & SecOps (Chronicle SIEM/SOAR, Mandiant, Security Command Center)
- Marketing Intelligence & Personalization (CDP, predictive analytics)
- Customer Engagement (CCaaS / Contact Center AI)
- App & Infrastructure Modernization (GKE, Apigee, CI/CD)
- Workplace & Collaboration (Google Workspace APIs, Apps Script)
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
8+ years in hands‑on, client‑facing technology roles
5+ years architecting and leading GCP solution delivery
3+ years in formal technical leadership, mentoring teams
Experience leading global teams and multiple parallel projects
Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Consulting experience across solution delivery, practice leadership, innovation, and stakeholder management
Strong product‑led engineering expertise, operating models, and best practices
Industry and/or functional depth across one or more solution domains
Deep GCP expertise including Terraform, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), GKE, and Docker
Data integration (Dataflow, Pub/Sub), APIs (Apigee), and GCP databases (Cloud SQL, Spanner, Bigtable)
Experience with Chronicle SecOps, Security Command Center, and SIEM/SOAR platforms
Marketing analytics, CDPs, and marketing/sales solution delivery
Google Workspace APIs and Apps Script for custom integrations and automation
Hands‑on CES/CCaaS experience (e.g., Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect)
Multiple Google Cloud Professional certifications
