Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Aftersales Manager based in Mumbai. The Aftersales Manager will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by overseeing post-sales services and support. Key responsibilities include managing aftersales operations, maintaining customer service quality, analyzing customer feedback, and driving process improvements. Collaboration with sales teams to address client needs and promote customer retention will also be a significant part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Aftersales and Customer Service to ensure effective post-sales operations and customer satisfaction for Active LED display systems.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback and drive process improvements.
  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Sales to strengthen client relationships and promote retention.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset are essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Relevant work experience in aftersales operations, preferably in the technology or industrial sector, is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
