Job Description:-
We are looking for a Assistant Sales Manager for our client place based at Gurgaon, Haryana. A Marketing role including making offer, order confirmation, payment follow up ,etc
would typically involve both supporting marketing activities and managing administrative and logistical tasks that are not directly customer-facing. This could include tasks like managing marketing databases, preparing reports, coordinating with vendors, or assisting with event planning, alongside more traditional back-office functions like data entry, record-keeping, and administrative support.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Campaign Management: Assist with planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns.
- Database Management: Manage marketing databases and CRM systems.
- Content Creation: Prepare marketing materials, reports, and presentations.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for marketing materials, events, etc.
- Event Support: Assist with event planning, logistics, and execution.
- Communication: Draft and respond to emails, handle phone calls, and manage correspondence.
- Financial Support: Assist with invoicing, payments, and other financial tasks.
- Conveynance : Mandatory
Desired Candidate Profile:-
- Experience in delivering customer excellence
- Proven track record in identifying new business opportunities and growing revenue and profitability within an industrial aftermarket or service business
- Attention to detail and superior work accuracy
- Provide technical and commercial support to distributors, final customers and sales representatives
- Visit all customers in Brazil
- Conduct technical and commercial lectures to all companies in the distribution channel
