Job Description

Purpose of the Job :

  • To Support After Sales of TSK Products, especially focussing on Accessories Business & also the Retrofits.
  • Be the single point of contact for Regional FSE's & the TSK Factory (Japan) in handling the Service & Application issues.
  • To maintain critical items (accessories & spares) in stock for immediate support / supply

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (Tasks & Deliverables):

  • Collaboration and Coordination
  • Work closely with regional and internal teams to streamline operations and communication.
  • Consolidate regional requirements and coordinate orders for accessories, spares, and upgrade kits.
  • Sales and Targets
  • Focus on achieving monthly and yearly billing targets.
  • Enhance lead generation and improve webshop quotation rates and purchase order (PO) conversion rates.
  • Inventory Management
  • Ensure fast-moving stylus and spares are maintained in stock to prevent delays in service and support.
  • Technical Support
  • Provide technical guidance to Field Service Engineers.
  • Coordinate with Japan for support, especially in identifying necessary spares for issue resolution.
  • Warranty and Customer Service
  • Handle warranty issues for TSK products efficiently.
  • Conduct customer visits to promote accessories and provide service support.
  • Project Support
  • Assist in TSK projects from component study to fixture concept development.
  • Manage quotation submissions, PO follow-ups, and coordination with vendors.
  • Upgrade Kits and CRM Management
  • Perform I base forming and coordinate upgrade quotes, negotiations, and order bookings in CRM.
  • Ensure advance payments and supply of upgrade kits to customers.
  • Pricing and Documentation
  • Maintain the price list for TSK spares and accessories.
  • Stay updated on technologies and products to provide accurate technical guidance.

Requirements :

Education: Education: Must hold a Diploma / bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics.

Work Experience: 35 Years of Experience in Service Industry & if managed team is added advantage.

Other Skills: Presentable, Fluent in English & Hindi.
