Job Title: Executive- AFS Product Analysis

Location: Pune

Department: After Sales Service (AFS)

Experience: 23 Years

Role Summary:

Responsible for testing, analyzing, and troubleshooting EV components such as BLDC motors and lithium-ion batteries. The role includes failure analysis, refurbishment of components, maintaining testing records, and supporting the After-Sales Service team with technical insights.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Test and analyze EV components such as BLDC motors, batteries, controllers, and electrical parts.
• Perform root cause analysis of product failures received from dealers and service centers.
• Conduct motor and battery refurbishment as per company standards.
• Maintain testing and analysis records using Microsoft Excel.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support to service teams and dealers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product improvement.

Qualification:

Diploma / Bachelor's in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

Skills:

• Knowledge of EV systems, BLDC motors, and batteries
• EV component testing and troubleshooting
• BLDC Motor and Lithium-ion battery refurbishment
• Microsoft Excel and basic documentation skills
• Analytical and problem-solving ability
