After Sales Service / Operations Head to lead service operations for Industrial Air Compressors. The role involves managing installation, commissioning, maintenance, AMC contracts, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage after-sales service and operations team
- Ensure timely installation, commissioning, and servicing of compressors
- Handle AMC contracts and drive service revenue growth
- Monitor breakdown calls, preventive maintenance schedules, and response time
- Manage spare parts planning, inventory control, and vendor coordination
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client retention
- Implement service process improvements and cost optimization initiatives
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma / BE / BTech (Mechanical or related field preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial air compressors
- Good communication negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel locally
- Proven team handling and leadership experience
