About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled After-Sales Engineer with a background in mechanical manufacturing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving customer issues related to our electric height-adjustable desk products. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving product improvements through field feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide after-sales technical support for electric height-adjustable desks, addressing technical issues encountered by customers
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or on-site visits to resolve product-related issues
- Assist customers with product installation, commissioning, and usage training to enhance overall satisfaction
- Collect and analyze common customer feedback and issues, driving continuous product quality improvements
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to report product issues and track resolution progress
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs for after-sales support
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in Mechanical Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field
- Prior experience in after-sales support, technical support, or maintenance within the mechanical or electromechanical industry
- Solid understanding of mechanical structures and the ability to read mechanical drawings
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer cases effectively
- Willingness to travel domestically as needed
- Experience with electric height-adjustable desks, office furniture, medical equipment, or linear drive products is a plus
- Basic English proficiency to read technical documents is preferred
