We are seeking an AFIH Doctor to join our factory team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the health and well-being of our employees while ensuring compliance with occupational health standards. This role is suitable for candidates with 2-10 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular health check-ups for factory workers.
- Monitor and manage workplace health and safety standards.
- Provide medical care and first aid in case of workplace injuries.
- Maintain accurate medical records and reports for employees.
- Educate employees about health and safety practices.
- Collaborate with HR to implement health programs and initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- MBBS AFIH degree from a recognized institution.
- Registered with the Medical Council of India.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of workplace ergonomics and health promotion.
