Affiliate Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Affiliate Executive with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in managing affiliate partnerships, executing performance-based marketing campaigns, and driving revenue through affiliate networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of affiliate platforms like CJ, Avangate, etc., and possess the ability to grow affiliate programs strategically.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow affiliate partner relationships to drive traffic and revenue.

Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners.

Optimize existing affiliate campaigns by analyzing performance and ROI.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track KPIs and take corrective action.

Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop affiliate marketing assets.

Coordinate with finance for timely tracking and commission payouts.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies in affiliate marketing.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing.

Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms such as Commission Junction (CJ).

Proficient in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, data-driven, and result-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the software or SaaS domain.

Prior success in scaling affiliate programs across global markets.

Familiarity with tracking tools and fraud prevention systems.
