Our mission is to bring joy and inspiration through curated celebrations, greeting cards, and seasonal content. We are now expanding into affiliate marketing, creating curated product recommendations that complement our content and engage our audience.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Affiliate Manager to source, curate, and promote products from affiliate partners (like Amazon, Etsy, and other e-commerce platforms) that align with our brand and audience. The role combines data-driven product selection, creative curation, and partnership management, ensuring that our website, newsletters and blog content drive affiliate revenue effectively.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and understands both content and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and source relevant products from affiliate networks like Amazon Associates, Etsy and others , while optimizing value.
• Curate and maintain top picks lists, gift guides, and themed product recommendations aligned with newsletter and blog content.
• If required, create engaging product content, visuals, and placements that drive clicks and conversions.
• Implement and optimize affiliate links on website, newsletters, and blog posts.
• Track affiliate performance metrics (clicks, conversions, revenue) and provide insights to maximize ROI.
• Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, seasonal product opportunities, and competitor activity.
• Ensure compliance with all affiliate program terms and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or performance marketing.
• Familiarity with affiliate networks (Amazon Associates, Commission Junction, ShareASale, etc.).
• Strong understanding of curated content, social commerce, or product marketing.
• Comfortable analyzing data and generating actionable insights from affiliate dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple seasonal campaigns simultaneously.
• Passion for celebrations and lifestyle content.
