Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow affiliate programs across networks and direct partnerships
- Identify, onboard, and optimize new affiliate partners (publishers, influencers, cashback, coupon sites, etc.)
- Plan and execute affiliate campaigns to drive revenue and ROI
- Track performance metrics such as traffic, conversions, CPA, and ROI
- Coordinate with internal teams (Brand, Performance, Analytics) for campaign alignment
- Handle affiliate negotiations, payouts, and compliance
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing from a digital marketing agency
- Hands-on experience with affiliate networks and tracking tools
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients/campaigns simultaneously
Good to Have:
- Experience handling multiple brands/accounts
- Exposure to e-commerce, D2C, or lead-based affiliate programs
