Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for an Affiliate Marketing Manager at MarTech Union. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will oversee and grow the affiliate partner network, including identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliates aligned with company goals. The role involves managing day-to-day affiliate relationships, negotiating terms and payouts, and ensuring affiliates have the assets and support needed to drive high-quality traffic and conversions. The manager will track and analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns based on data, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader growth strategies. Responsibilities also include maintaining compliance with program guidelines, monitoring fraud and quality issues, and preparing regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Partnerships.
  • Experience managing affiliate networks, publishers, influencers, and strategic partners.
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, attribution models, and performance marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
  • Relevant digital marketing certifications are an added advantage.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS, CPM, ROI, and ROAS performance models.
  • Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
  • Experience monitoring traffic quality, conversions, and partner performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
