Role Description

This is a full-time remote role (U.S. based) for an Affiliate Marketing Consultant at WhaleMaven. The Consultant will be responsible for acquiring and managing publishers, negotiating high-performing affiliate marketing campaigns, and ensuring end-to-end campaign delivery and optimization. Preference will be given to candidates who have publisher connects and posses domain expertise in Auto Insurance, Health Insurance, Medicare, Life Insurance, Finance & Insurance and Gold.

This is a strategic client-facing role that requires deep understanding of affiliate marketing ecosystems and relationship-building capabilities. The role is remote and suitable for professionals located anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard publishers to deliver campaigns acquired by you
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Monitor campaign performance and ensure delivery meets quality standards
• Provide regular updates and performance insights to clients
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and optimization

Qualifications

• Proven experience of 2 to 4 years in affiliate marketing, publisher management
• Sector expertise in Casino, Real Money Gaming, Auto Insurance, Health Insurance, Medicare, Life Insurance, Finance & Insurance and Gold preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess campaign performance and optimize outcomes
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as TUNE, Impact, CJ, or similar is a plus
• Self-driven, with a consultant mindset and ability to work independently
