About the Role
This role owns affiliates as a scalable growth channel.
The mandate is simple: build, activate, and optimize an affiliate ecosystem that consistently drives qualified signups and paid conversions. This includes working with affiliate networks, performance marketers, media buyers, creators etc.
You will be accountable for sourcing partners, activating them fast, and optimizing for results.
What You'll Do
- Identify and onboard affiliate networks, performance marketers, creators and relevant distribution partners.
- Design and run outbound efforts across email, LinkedIn, affiliate platforms, and industry communities.
- Own affiliate onboarding, enablement, and activation with clear documentation and structured workflows.
- Ensure affiliates launch their first campaign quickly and move toward repeat promotions.
- Work with marketing and design teams to create high-converting affiliate assets and offers.
- Monitor performance at partner, channel, and campaign level. Scale what works, pause or remove underperforming partners.
- Troubleshoot attribution, tracking, and payout issues in coordination with product and tech teams.
- Build and maintain an affiliate playbook covering recruitment, onboarding, activation, and optimization.
- Track and report on core metrics including active affiliates, revenue contribution, CAC, and ROI.
Qualifications
Must Have
- 0 to 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, partnerships or business development
- Strong understanding of how affiliates, networks, and paid traffic partners drive conversions
- High comfort with outbound outreach and partner negotiations
- Clear, structured, and persuasive communication skills
- Strong bias toward execution, testing, and iteration
- Ability to work with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
Good to Have
- Experience working with affiliate networks or performance-based partnerships
- Exposure to SaaS, subscription products, or creator economy platforms
- Familiarity with affiliate software, CRMs, and basic attribution models
