Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role at Utsaah, located in Khan Market, New Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by engaging with potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of Utsaah's offerings, and building long-term client relationships. Daily tasks will include prospecting, closing memberships, managing client inquiries, and coordinating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will also contribute to marketing efforts, attend events, and support business development strategies to expand Utsaah's presence in the wellness market.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills to engage with clients and close membership deals
  • Experience in business development, customer relationship management, and client retention strategies
  • Understanding of wellness services, fitness, or related industries, with the ability to effectively convey service benefits
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple client interactions and manage associated administrative tasks
  • Proactive mindset, adaptability, and a strong work ethic
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Previous experience in sales or a client-facing role, especially within the wellness, fitness, or hospitality industries, is a plus
