• Manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners and publishers
• Identify, onboard, and activate new affiliates
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI
• Coordinate with internal teams (media buying, tracking, creatives)
• Negotiate payouts and scale profitable partnerships
• Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and timely delivery

• 14 years of experience in affiliate marketing / performance marketing
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Experience with affiliate networks/platforms
• Data-driven mindset with basic analytical skills
• Ping-post knowledge is a strong advantage
