Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design & developing projects involving AEM (6.5), AEM Dispatcher, JAVA, HTL etc.
- Analyse requirements, prepare low-level designs, and realize it with project team.
- Responsible for upgrading AEM instances to newer versions. Able to identify and resolve possible upgrade issues.
- Exchanging expertise with other team members, AEM team (knowledge sharing)
- Follow the coding standards followed within the organisation.
- Able to work in a support environment, eye for details and keen on optimizations.
- Provide the estimates for small projects, support Project manager to arrive at project planning.
Profile Description:
- 8 to 10years of experience in Java ( 8 and above), of which at least 3 to 5 year in AEM (6.3 and above).
Familiar with JEE and Tag Libraries. Adobe Core components and ACS Commons libraries, the OSGI framework and Sling
Front-end development: Good knowledge of HTL, HTML, javascript and the mordern frameworks (eg: Vue.js, React, Angular).
Back-end development: good knowledge of Java along with Maven and OSGI Framework.
Good knowledge of AEM dispatcher (vhosts, farms, caching, server side includes ...)
Experienced in upgrading AEM instances to newer versions. Able to identify possible upgrade issues. Basic understanding of on premise AEM environment hosting to coordinate with dedicated infrastructure teams.
Experienced in build projects to technically analyse the needs of the customer and collaborate with the team to estimate efforts for migration of websites towards the AEM platform.
Already having a developer or architect AEM certificate is a big plus.
