The Program Manager is responsible for endtoend delivery of largescale Digital Experience (AEM) and Digital Commerce (SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce) programs. This role owns delivery governance, customer engagement, resourcing, financial control, and ensures predictable outcomes across complex, multivendor and multilocation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery & Governance
- Own overall program delivery across AEM Sites, Campaign, Analytics/CDP and Commerce (Hybris / SAP Commerce) platforms
- Drive program planning, milestones, sprint/release governance, golives, and hypercare
- Manage risks, dependencies, quality metrics, and delivery timelines across workstreams
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Single point of contact for customer delivery leadership, sponsors, and product owners
- Lead status reviews, steering committees, executive updates, and escalation management
- Ensure transparency, scope control, and customer confidence throughout the program
Resourcing & Capacity Management
- Define and manage resourcing strategy across onsite, nearshore, and offshore teams
- Ensure right mix of AEM and Commerce skills, continuity, and longterm team stability
- Proactively address skill gaps, attrition risks, and partial allocation challenges
Financial & Commercial Ownership
- Own program financials including revenue realization, billing governance, and forecasting
- Manage effort estimation, change requests, margin protection, and prevent revenue leakage
Quality & Best Practices
- Ensure adherence to AEM and SAP Commerce best practices, security standards, and delivery quality
- Partner with architects and technical leads to ensure scalable, stable, and futureready solutions
Experience & Skills
- 13-16 years of IT experience with strong program delivery background
- Handson experience managing AEM and(or) SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce programs
- Strong customer management, resourcing, and escalation handling skills
- Proven ability to deliver under tight timelines and highpressure customer environments
- Very good comm skills
