Job Description

Job Title: AEM Lead

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Bengaluru / Chennai / Hyderabad / Pune

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AEM Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade digital solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AEM Cloud, deep understanding of AEM architecture, and proven leadership experience in driving scalable, secure, and high-performance AEM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end AEM solution design and implementation, including AEM as a Cloud Service
  • Define and enforce AEM architectural standards, best practices, and reusable components
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AEM development teams
  • Design and develop custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and services
  • Ensure performance, scalability, security, and maintainability of AEM applications
  • Collaborate with UI/UX, Backend, DevOps, and QA teams for seamless delivery
  • Conduct code reviews, technical design reviews, and solution validation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex AEM production issues
  • Drive adoption of new AEM capabilities and modern development practices
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise and cloud deployment standards

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years in AEM development
  • Strong hands-on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (mandatory)
  • Deep understanding of AEM architecture: Sling, OSGi, JCR, Dispatcher
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Sling Models, and OSGi services
  • Solid experience with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
  • Experience integrating AEM with REST APIs and third-party systems
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
