Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Consultant AEM Forms to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade digital forms and document solutions using
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms. This role requires strong technical expertise, client-facing skills, and the ability to drive end-to-end solution architecture in a remote, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AEM Forms solution design and implementation
- Act as technical consultant for clients, translating business requirements into scalable AEM Forms solutions
- Design and develop Adaptive Forms, XDP/PDF Forms, and AEM Forms Workflows
- Architect and implement Form Data Models (FDM) and backend integrations (REST/SOAP, CRM, ERP, legacy systems)
- Develop and manage Document Services (PDF generation, prefill, validation, submissions)
- Customize AEM Forms components using Java, OSGi, Sling, and JCR
- Ensure security, performance, scalability, and compliance of AEM Forms applications
- Guide teams on AEM best practices, coding standards, and architecture
- Perform code reviews, technical mentoring, and knowledge sharing
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and environment management
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root cause analysis
- Collaborate with UX, backend, DevOps, and business stakeholders
- Contribute to technical documentation, estimations, and solution proposals
Required Skills & Qualifications- 7+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in AEM Forms
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Adaptive Forms
- AEM Forms Workflow
- XDP / PDF Forms
- Form Data Models (FDM)
- Deep knowledge of AEM 6.5 / AEM as a Cloud Service
- Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, OSGi, Sling, JCR
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Expertise in REST/SOAP integrations
- Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of AEM security, performance tuning, and deployment strategies
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Good to Have
- Adobe AEM Forms Certification
- Experience with LiveCycle to AEM Forms migration
- Knowledge of WCAG / Accessibility compliance
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Consulting or customer-facing experience
