iSource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of AEM Forms Lead - EDS

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced AEM Forms Lead with a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms, particularly in Adaptive Forms and Experience-Driven Solutions (EDS). The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable digital form solutions, providing technical leadership and ensuring high-quality delivery across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design and development of AEM Adaptive Forms solutions.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable digital form experiences.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement form workflows, data integrations, and document services.
• Ensure solutions are accessible, secure, and compliant with enterprise standards.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to AEM Forms developers.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure user-friendly form experiences.

Qualifications:

• Deep expertise in Adaptive Forms, XFA to Adaptive migration, and Forms workflows.
• Strong understanding of JEE and OSGi-based AEM Forms architecture.
• Experience with Document Services, Forms Portal, Data Integrations, and EDS workflows.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, and form validation frameworks.
