Job Position: AEM Developer

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 6+ to 12+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and implement AEM components templates workflows and integrations in line with

platform best practices

Drive end-to-end delivery of AEM based projects ensuring scalability maintainability and performance

Exposure to cloud migration best practices and experience working in continuously updated cloud

platforms

Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Build and optimize Sling Models OSGi services servlets and APIs for seamless content delivery

Configure and finetune Dispatcher caching replication and site delivery mechanisms

Integrate AEM with external systems and third-party tools RESTSOAP APIs marketing tech stack etc

Work with DevOps and platform teams on deployment pipelines CICD and environment configurations

Perform code reviews mentor junior developers and maintain high development standards

Troubleshoot debug and optimize AEM applications to enhance stability and user experience

Required Skills Experience

710 years of overall web development experience with 5 years in AEM development

Strong handson experience with

AEM 6x ardor AEM as a Cloud Service

Sling Models HTL Sightly OSGi JCR Granite UI Core Components

Dispatcher configuration and caching best practices

Good understanding of Java 8 Maven Git and Jenkins or other CICD tools

Familiarity with frontend technologies HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React

Angular

Understanding of Adobe Analytics Adobe Target and other Experience Cloud products is a plus

Strong knowledge of AEM architecture content authoring workflows and deployment models

Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in

a team environment

Nice to Have

Adobe Certified Expert AEM Sites Developer certification

Experience with AEM migrations Content Fragments and Head less GraphQL features

Familiarity with Cloud Manager CICD pipelines or containerization tools

Education
