Job Title: AEM Developer

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 310 Years

Employment Type: Contract to Hire (C2H)

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)based web applications and backend services.
Build and customize AEM components using Apache Sling, OSGi, and JCR.
Integrate AEM with external systems through RESTful APIs and web services.
Configure, manage, and optimize AEM Dispatcher for effective caching, security, and load balancing.
Collaborate closely with front-end developers, solution architects, and QA teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, debugging, and issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with best practices in coding standards, system architecture, and application security.
Create and maintain technical documentation for code, configurations, and development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Java / J2EE.
Hands-on experience with Apache Sling, OSGi framework, and JCR (Java Content Repository).
Solid experience in AEM Dispatcher configuration, caching mechanisms, and performance optimization.
Expertise in developing and consuming RESTful web services.
In-depth understanding of AEM architecture, including templates, components, workflows, and content modeling.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
