Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior AEM Developer with deep hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), GraphQL, Java, and modern UI frameworks such as React or Angular. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable AEM components, implementing headless solutions, integrating external systems, and delivering high-performance digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, OSGi services, workflows, dialogs, and custom functionalities.
- Implement AEM headless solutions using GraphQL APIs and Content Fragments.
- Build reusable and scalable components using Java and React or Angular.
- Work extensively on AEM Sites, Assets, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, Content Models, and content architecture.
- Integrate AEM with external systems, REST APIs, and third-party platforms.
- Optimize application performance including caching, dispatcher configurations, and scalable architecture design.
- Collaborate closely with UI, backend, DevOps, QA, and content teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
- Troubleshoot production issues, implement fixes, and support deployment processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience as an AEM Developer.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Solid knowledge of JCR, Sling Models, Apache Sling, OSGi framework.
- Practical experience with AEM GraphQL APIs and headless CMS architecture.
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE development.
- Experience with React.js or Angular (Angular 8+ preferred).
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and external system integrations.
- Experience with DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, Maven, AEM Cloud Manager.
- Knowledge of Dispatcher configurations, CDN caching, and performance tuning.
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
