Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain adaptive and interactive forms using Adobe Experience Manager Forms.
Develop AEM components, templates, workflows, and services aligned with business requirements.
Implement data integrations with back-end systems, including RESTful APIs, SOAP, and third-party services.
Configure and manage AEM Forms modules including Forms Designer, Output, Correspondence Management, and Workflow.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design for form components.
Customize out-of-the-box AEM Forms components when needed to meet specific business use cases.
Collaborate with DevOps to support deployment pipelines, configurations, and cloud/on-prem setup.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM Forms performance, security, and usability.
Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and design discussions.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including Sites and Forms.
Strong knowledge of adaptive forms, XDPs, form data models (FDM), and workflow configuration.
Proficient in Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Sightly/HTL.
Experience with integrating AEM with external systems via SOAP/REST APIs.
Familiarity with AEM as a Cloud Service and Adobe Cloud Manager is a plus.
Working knowledge of AEM DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
Experience with document services such as Output Service, Document Security, and PDF generation is advantageous.
Solid understanding of security, performance optimization, and form validation techniques.
