Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of AEM-based solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Convert business and project requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain core and custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers and team members.
- Stay updated with the latest AEM features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM implementations and deployments.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices.
- Utilize AEM Cloud Manager for CI/CD, deployments, and environment management.
- Develop solutions using AEM building blocks including Templates, Components, Sling Models, and OSGi Services.
- Possess strong understanding of the AEM technology stack including CQ, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and Oak.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on AEM On-Prem, AMS, and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
- Architect applications considering scalability, modularization, performance, and maintainability.
- Integrate AEM with search platforms such as Elasticsearch, Algolia, Solr, or similar technologies.
- Work extensively with Content Fragments and Experience Fragments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in Adobe Managed Services (AMS) environments.
- Configure and manage AEM Dispatcher for caching, security, and load balancing.
- Have a good understanding of front-end technologies including JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Apply DevOps practices and CI/CD methodologies for seamless application delivery.
- Participate in AEM migration and modernization projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
