Job Title: AEM Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AEM Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain solutions on Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS). This role involves full-stack development, seamless AEM integration with internal systems, and platform optimization for performance, scalability, and security. You'll also help establish a Center of Excellence (CoE) and support marketing technology initiatives with innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations (Node.js)
• Implement AEMaaCS solutions ensuring scalability, performance, and security
• Lead integration of AEM with internal/third-party systems
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and support CI/CD and Azure deployments
• Mentor peers and build AEM CoE capabilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support MarTech initiatives using a variety of technologies

Required Skills:

• 5 years of AEM development experience, including AEMaaCS
• Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, REST APIs, OSGi, and Maven
• Familiarity with Azure services and GitLab
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred:

• Adobe Certified Expert — AEM Sites Developer
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, or Adobe Analytics
