Role Summary
The AEM Developer will design, develop, and optimize Adobe Experience Manager components to deliver high-quality, customer-focused digital experiences.
This role requires strong hands-on experience with AEM core technologies and modern web development practices.
The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and performant AEM implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reusable AEM components following Adobe best practices
- Configure AEM templates, workflows, site structures, and dispatcher settings
- Work with AEM as a Cloud Service to ensure performance and scalability
- Troubleshoot authoring, QA, and production issues and provide technical support
- Collaborate with system administrators on deployments, upgrades, and optimizations
- Implement and maintain integrations with Adobe CJA Analytics and Adobe Launch
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation for configurations and components
- Follow Agile development practices and regularly update task progress
- Stay updated on AEM best practices, security standards, SEO, accessibility, and UX guidelines

- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- AEM core technologies including Apache Sling, OSGi, JCR/CRX, Workflows, Dispatcher
- HTL (Sightly)
- Responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Agile methodologies
- Accessibility (A11Y) standards
- AEM Assets
- Front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Maven, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
