Job Title: AEM Backend Developer
Experience: 6 to 11 Years

We are looking for experienced AEM Backend Developers with strong Java skills and hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects. If you have deep experience with AEM's backend stack and are passionate about scalable digital platforms, this role is for you.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of total experience, with 34+ years in Core AEM projects
- Strong programming experience in Core Java
- In-depth knowledge of OSGi, Sling, JCR, WCM APIs, Sling Models
- Experience with Workflows, Sling Servlets, REST APIs, JSON, Lucene Indexing
- Hands-on with Touch UI, Sightly (HTL), ClientLibs, Experience Fragments, Editable Templates
- Proficient in customizing Coral/Granite UI
- Good understanding of AEM Security and Access Control (ACLs)
- Experience with AEM 6.4 or newer
- Familiarity with Oak, Dispatcher, and performance optimization
- Exposure to CI/CD and build tools like Maven, Jenkins, Selenium
- Ability to document and communicate technical designs and decisions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (QA, UX, PMs)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other CMS platforms or DXP tools
- Prior experience on Apple-related projects is a strong plus
