AEM Backend developer

Description

We are looking for an experienced AEM Backend Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and maintaining Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications, with a focus on creating scalable and high-performance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop AEM components and features using Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL/Sightly, and Sling Models.
• Hands-on experience with workflows, Sling servlets, REST/JSON, and Lucene indexing.
• Customize Coral/Granite UI and Adobe authoring interfaces.
• Strong understanding of AEM security, including Access Controls and repository permissions.
• Extend AEM core features, including Launches, templates, and components.
• Experience working on AEM 6.4 or later.
• Solid knowledge of Oak, Sling, and the Dispatcher.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and automation tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, Maven, and Selenium.
• Collaborate with PMs, QA, UX, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Exposure to other CMS platforms and good understanding of the DXP ecosystem.
• 7-12 years of experience in AEM development.
