Aem Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AEM Architect with 12 to 20 years of industry experience to lead large-scale Adobe Experience Manager implementations and digital transformation initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for defining the overall AEM solution architecture, driving best practices, and mentoring teams to deliver innovative and scalable digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect complex Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions aligned with business strategy and technical requirements.
• Lead enterprise-wide AEM migrations, upgrades, and cloud transformations (AEM as a Cloud Service).
• Define and enforce architectural standards, governance, and best practices across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, product owners, and cross-functional teams to plan and deliver digital platform capabilities.
• Drive innovation by integrating AEM with Adobe Marketing Cloud and third-party systems.
• Provide thought leadership, mentor architects, senior developers, and guide large teams through architecture decisions.
• Oversee performance optimization, security, and disaster recovery strategies for AEM environments.
• Engage in client discussions, technical workshops, and strategic planning sessions.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and Adobe ecosystem advancements to recommend improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager architecture and implementation.
• Deep expertise in AEM development (OSGi, Sling, JCR, workflows), architecture, and cloud deployment.
• Proven track record in leading AEM migrations, upgrades, and complex integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end technologies.
• Experience integrating AEM with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and content delivery platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile frameworks, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
