Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Advocate specializing in white-collar crimes at our office in Delhi, India. The Advocate will be responsible for representing clients in courts, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and providing legal advice. Key tasks include handling cases related to financial crimes, fraud, and corporate misconduct, as well as coordinating with clients. The role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 PQE in white-collar crime law and legal procedures
• Experience in conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and providing legal advice
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work under given deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills
• LLB degree from an accredited law school
