Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Advocate role based in Delhi NCR. The Advocate will handle day-to-day legal activities such as representing clients in litigation, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing counsel in various areas of law. Responsibilities also include negotiating settlements, analyzing case laws, managing case files, and advising clients to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
• 3-5 years of Post qualification experience
• Strong knowledge and expertise in all sorts of litigation including ADR
• Proficiency in legal research, legal drafting, and preparing contracts and agreements
• Excellent verbal and written communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases effectively with strong organizational skills
