We're Hiring | Advocate (2-5 Years Experience)
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
D V Rao & Associates, a reputed Corporate Secretarial & Legal Advisory firm in Hyderabad, is looking for an Advocate with 2-5 years of experience in Corporate Law and NCLT Practice.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters, including Company Law, Contract Drafting, and Insolvency & Bankruptcy (IBC) before NCLT & NCLAT, while collaborating closely with experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent and assist in IBC matters, including filings, pleadings, and appearances before NCLT and NCLAT.
- Advise and handle matters under the Companies Act, 2013, covering incorporations, restructurings, and corporate governance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Conduct in-depth legal research, draft opinions, and support clients on regulatory compliance and secretarial matters.
What We're Looking For:
- LL.B. with 25 years of experience in Corporate Law
- Hands-on experience in NCLT practice and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters.
- Strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and related corporate regulations.
- Proven ability in legal drafting, research, and analytical reasoning.
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills, with attention to detail and professional integrity.
