Hiring: AI-Enabled Legal Drafting Associate

We are looking to hire a full-time Legal Drafting Associate for agreement drafting and vetting work.

The role is primarily Work From Home, with the option to call the candidate to office/meeting whenever required. Therefore, Delhi/NCR-based candidates will be preferred.

The person should have a strong interest in legal drafting, contract vetting, commercial legal documents, and should be comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc. for legal research, drafting assistance, clause improvement, risk identification and document formatting.

The role will include:

1. Drafting and vetting commercial agreements.
2. Preparing risk notes on agreements.
3. Identifying missing clauses and legal/commercial risks.
4. Preparing first drafts using templates, checklists and AI tools.
5. Formatting agreements professionally in MS Word.
6. Preparing clause banks, checklists and client questionnaires.
7. Assisting in legal notices, replies and commercial documentation.

Candidate should have:

1. Excellent ability to use AI tools responsibly.
2. Understanding of contracts and commercial transactions
3. Good command over English.

Experience:

Candidates with 1–3 years of drafting/vetting experience will be preferred.

Important:

This is a full-time role, not a freelancing assignment.

The candidate must be available during working hours and must not undertake competing work or outside drafting assignments during employment.

Remuneration: 20000 to 35000 (as per skill, experience and quality of work).
