Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Advocate role located in Nagpur. The Advocate will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research on laws and regulations, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, or negotiations, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures. Additional responsibilities include analyzing legal documents, preparing case files, and collaborating with clients to resolve legal matters efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and reviewing contracts
- Knowledge of litigation, court procedures, and mediation practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively
- Legal qualifications and license to practice law in India
- Experience in civil, criminal, or corporate law is preferred
- Proficiency in using legal research tools and office software
