Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Advocate Associate Partners specialized in Civil and Criminal Litigation. The position is based in Chennai. The Advocate Associate Partner will be responsible for handling litigation cases, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, providing legal opinions, and representing clients in court. Additional responsibilities include consulting with clients, attending court hearings, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with other attorneys within the firm on complex legal matters.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in handling Civil and Criminal Litigation cases
  • Strong legal research and document drafting skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to represent clients effectively in court
  • Experience in consulting with clients and providing legal opinions
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • LLB or equivalent degree from a recognized institution
  • Enrollment with the Bar Council of India
  • Strong ethical standards and professionalism
