- Manage ME related components, such as housing, inlay, hinge, stylus, hinge, camera lens and antenna. Work with suppliers and cross-functional team members to evaluate product design (DFx) and work out mitigation plan for risk control and issue improvement.
- Collaborate internally externally and engage in parts E2E development and quality control, to ensure that process is stable enough to support business requirement.
- Co-work with cross function team on supplier development, such as supplier introduction, supplier QSA and TSA audit, Supplier quarter, half year and yearly performance evaluation.
- Co-work with cross function team on issue analysis and solving, and also strongly support NPCE and GSM team on delivery support, which can meet business demand.
- Collaborate with supplier on quality and capability continue improvement, also to find some opportunities and trigger initiatives for process or procedure reinvent.
- Drive manufacturing yield improvement in both early development phase and mass production of the display
- Lead failure analysis, root cause verification and corrective action implementation.
- Drive supplier on quality continue improvement, such as PYSR, LAR, VLRR and TCRR.
