We're Hiring: Paid Ads Specialist / Performance Marketing Executive

Webdope is looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to join our growing team in Pune.If you live and breathe Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign optimization, analytics, and performance marketing, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

• Plan, launch and manage Meta & Google Ads campaigns

• Manage lead generation, e-commerce and conversion campaigns

• Monitor and optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversions

• Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research

• A/B test audiences, creatives, ad copies and campaign structures

• Manage and optimize advertising budgets

• Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels and analytics

• Analyze campaign performance and create actionable reports

• Work closely with our creative, content and web teams

• Continuously test new strategies to improve campaign performance

What we're looking for:

• 1-3 years of experience in Paid Ads / Performance Marketing

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads

• Strong understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics

• Experience with lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns

• Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients

• Someone who takes ownership of results rather than simply running ads

What's a plus:

Experience with B2B, D2C, e-commerce, real estate, education, healthcare, hospitality or service-based businesses. Location: Pune Employment: Full-Time Salary: Competitive, based on experience and skills
