About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and result-oriented professionals to join our Advertising Sales (Space Selling) team. The role involves selling advertising space across print and digital platforms to clients from diverse sectors such as Films & Entertainment, FMCG & Auto, Restaurants & Resorts, Tours & Travels, Retail, and Real Estate.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in media sales, publishing, or advertising agencies, with a strong understanding of client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for advertising space across assigned categories.
- Develop customized advertising proposals based on client marketing objectives.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and media buying agencies.
- Coordinate with internal creative, editorial, and operations teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Media, or Business Administration.
- 15 years of experience in Advertising Sales / Space Selling (print or digital media).
- Preferred candidates from media houses, publishing companies, or advertising agencies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client servicing and relationship management abilities.
- Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Energetic, persuasive, and target-driven individual with a professional approach.
