Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Advertising Sales Manager to drive outbound pipeline generation and business development for Adobe Advertising solutions. This role will focus on engaging enterprise and upper mid-market clients, conducting consultative discovery conversations with senior marketing stakeholders, and creating high-quality opportunities for the Account Executive team.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in AdTech/MarTech/Digital Advertising sales, outbound prospecting, and handling US/North America market customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own outbound prospecting into enterprise and mid-market accounts through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and account-based selling.
  • Engage and build relationships with key decision-makers such as CMO, VP Marketing, Media Heads, Performance Marketing leaders, and Digital Growth Directors.
  • Conduct structured discovery calls to identify customer needs related to:
  • Digital advertising and media execution
  • Omnichannel campaign performance
  • Attribution and measurement challenges
  • First-party data activation and privacy readiness
  • Qualify leads and opportunities using structured frameworks (MEDDICC/BANT preferred).
  • Generate high-quality meetings and sales opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Ensure accurate CRM documentation and pipeline reporting in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Account Executives, Solution Consultants, and Marketing.
  • Share market insights, competitor updates, and customer feedback related to platforms such as Google, Meta, Amazon, The Trade Desk, etc.

Required Skills & ExperienceMust Have
  • 410 years of experience in Advertising Sales / AdTech Sales / MarTech Sales / Digital Advertising Sales / Media Sales
  • Strong outbound lead generation and pipeline creation experience
  • Experience selling into enterprise or mid-market customers
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, ROI/ROAS, attribution, and measurement
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and objection-handling skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Good to Have
  • Experience selling into US / North America market
  • Experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, DSPs
  • Familiarity with ABM, account-based prospecting, and intent data tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator)
