Role Overview
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Radio/TV Ad Sales Professional, based in Bengaluru with opportunities for remote work. The role focuses on driving advertising revenue across radio and TV platforms by building strong client relationships, identifying new advertisers and sponsors, and ensuring successful campaign execution.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for radio, digital and TV advertising
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media agencies, and sponsors
- Sell advertising inventory across radio, TV, and integrated media solutions
- Create compelling sales proposals and deliver effective client presentations
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Identify potential advertisers and event sponsorship opportunities
- Collaborate with creative, programming, and marketing teams to ensure campaign success
- Strategize to enter new markets and expand advertiser base
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure client satisfaction
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior
Skills
- Prior experience working in the Media industry is mandatory
- Proven experience in advertising sales, client relationship management, and business development
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in media planning, digital marketing, and campaign management
- Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and ad-tech platforms
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent work experience preferred
- Familiarity with Radio and TV advertising with FMCG ecosystems is a strong advantage
