Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Program Manager - B2B Sales located in Bangalore. The position involves driving sales efforts to onboard gated communities onto the NoBrokerHood platform, managing end-to-end sales processes, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets. The role also requires analyzing market trends and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development skills, including client acquisition and relationship management
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Project Management and organizational skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of digital platforms is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in B2B sales or real estate sector is advantageous but not mandatory
