Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified Advertising Sales Executive to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to drive advertising revenue by acquiring, managing, and growing advertiser and agency accounts through consultative digital ad sales, ensuring high client satisfaction and sustained business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue & Business Development: Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Sell digital advertising solutions including Display, Video, Native, Programmatic, and Sponsored Content. Identify and close new business opportunities.
- Client & Agency Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers and agencies. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Pipeline & CRM Management: Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound efforts. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in CRM, forecasting revenue and reporting pipeline status regularly.
- Needs Analysis & Solution Selling: Understand advertiser objectives, target audience, and budgets. Recommend suitable ad formats, targeting strategies, and pricing, and develop customized media plans and proposals.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing and campaign terms within approved guidelines.
- Campaign Coordination & Delivery: Manage campaign setup and execution. Ensure timely receipt of creatives and approvals, and address delivery or performance concerns in collaboration with internal teams.
- Reporting, Renewals & Upselling: Share performance reports and insights with clients. Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to drive repeat business and account growth.
- Market Intelligence & Compliance: Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing benchmarks. Ensure adherence to advertising policies, legal guidelines, and company SOPs.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 13 years of experience in digital ad sales. Experience selling to advertisers and/or agencies is preferred.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Consultative selling approach.
- Understanding of digital advertising metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
- CRM proficiency.
- Analytical and presentation skills.
