We are looking for a seasoned Senior Client Servicing Manager Digital & Social Media Marketing to lead key client accounts and drive strategic digital engagements. This role requires strong client leadership, deep understanding of digital and social ecosystems, and the ability to translate business objectives into impactful campaigns with seamless execution.

You will act as a trusted partner to clients and a key collaborator with internal creative, content, and media teams.

KRA-

Client Leadership & Relationship Management

• Own and lead multiple client accounts end-to-end
• Act as the senior point of contact for clients and build long-term partnerships
• Gain a deep understanding of client businesses, competitors, and target audiences
• Lead client meetings, strategic discussions, and performance reviews

Digital & Social Strategy

• Develop and oversee digital and social media strategies aligned with client objectives
• Guide content, creative, and platform strategies across social channels
• Ensure campaigns are insight-led, brand-consistent, and performance-driven
• Proactively identify growth opportunities, new ideas, and innovative formats

Execution & Team Collaboration

• Lead and coordinate with internal teams across content, design, planning, and media
• Ensure clear briefs, smooth workflows, and timely delivery
• Maintain quality control across all client-facing deliverables
• Anticipate risks and resolve challenges proactively

Performance, Reporting & Growth

• Review analytics, campaign performance, and social media metrics
• Convert data into actionable insights and client-ready recommendations
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Support new business pitches, proposals, and strategic presentations

Process & Team Development

• Oversee scopes of work, retainers, timelines, and budgets
• Ensure adherence to internal processes and best practices
• Mentor and guide junior client servicing team members

What we are looking for-

• 5+ years of experience in client servicing / account management within a digital or social media agency
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing ecosystems
• Proven experience managing senior client stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• High ownership mindset with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
