The Opportunity.

Picture this: every time someone books a metro ticket, a bus pass, or a transit e-ticket across India — your campaign is the first thing they see. Not a banner lost in a feed. Not a pre-roll they skip. A full-screen, high-intent moment on a ticket they have to open.

Billeasy is the exclusive advertising partner on digital e-tickets across major metro and transit networks in India. That means you're not competing for eyeballs on a crowded platform — you own the platform. You'll be selling one of the most unique, undiluted ad formats in the country, with a captive commuter audience that's growing every quarter.

What You'll Be Selling.

This isn't generic digital ad sales — it's a specialist medium with a very compelling story. You'll go to market with:

  • Full-screen digital ad placements on e-tickets — seen by commuters the moment they tap through.
  • Rich campaign formats — Display, Video, Native, Branded Content, and Sponsored Ticket experiences.
  • Precision targeting — by route, city, time-of-day, and commuter profile.
  • End-to-end campaign design — you don't just sell the slot, you help build the story. Work with brands on creatives, messaging, and campaign strategy to drive real outcomes.
  • Measurable results — CPM, CTR, and ROAS-linked reporting you can take back to clients and use to grow accounts.

What You'll Own

  • Revenue & Pipeline — Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual ad revenue targets. Build a healthy pipeline of brands and agencies through outbound hustle and inbound momentum.
  • Client & Agency Relationships — Own your accounts end-to-end — from first pitch to renewal. Be the person advertisers trust to tell them how to make the most of this medium.
  • Campaign Design & Execution — Co-create campaign concepts with brands. Bring together the right format, targeting strategy, and creative brief to make every campaign land — then see it through to delivery.
  • Solution Selling — Understand brand objectives deeply. Propose tailored media plans, pricing structures, and ROI-focused narratives that convert prospects into long-term partners.
  • Performance & Upsell — Share performance insights with clients, spot upsell and cross-sell moments, and grow accounts quarter over quarter.
  • Market Intelligence — Track what brands, competitors, and transit-media markets are doing globally. Bring that intelligence into your pitches.

Who You Are:

Advertisement Sales Executive: 1–3 Years Experience

You've sold digital ads — display, video, native, programmatic. You know what a media plan looks like. You're hungry, fast, and ready to own a territory.

Advertisement Sales Manager: 3–8 Years Experience

You've managed accounts and closed deals with brands and agencies. You can lead a pitch, run a team, and build a business unit. You've done it before — now do it with exclusive inventory.

Across both levels, you bring strong communication and consultative selling skills, fluency in digital advertising metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS), comfort with CRM tools, and the ability to build and present compelling media proposals. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.We're not building a team for a quarter — we're building the next chapt
