Advanced Technician – Production Operations

Operate and manage unit operations of dispensing and packaging instruments, including label printing, tube treatment, and packaging processes.

Ensure First Pass Yield (FPY) and On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets are met according to the production schedule.

Escalate downtime or operational issues to supervisors promptly and support urgent countermeasures at Gemba.

Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, SOPs, cGMP, and GDP standards.

Track and take ownership of personal and team packaging KPIs to achieve daily production targets.

Communicate effectively with associates to keep them updated on production status and ensure smooth operations.
