Advanced Technician - Production Operations

>Handle unit operations of Dispensing and Packaging instruments, including label printing, Tube Treatment, Dispensing, and Packaging.

>Meet First Pass Yield (FPY) and On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets for production as per planning schedule.

>Escalate any downtime or issues in the production line to supervisors.

>Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, GDP, and cGMP requirements.

>Communicate effectively with team members and support urgent countermeasures for day-to-day issues at Gemba.

>Take ownership of Packaging KPIs and track progress daily to achieve production targets.
